Author's Kit - Springer's LNICST Publication
All accepted papers will be published by Springer in the Lecture Notes of ICST (LNICST) series.
The deadline for uploading the Camera-Ready version and for registering to the conference is September 1st, 2008. You will be able to keep updating your Camera-Ready paper until then. Please note that Camera-Ready papers:
- should be uploaded using the ICST Conference Management Center (see below), not via COCUS; and
- have to comply with the Springer LNICST format.
Please follow these steps to ensure that your Camera-Ready paper is included in the final conference proceedings:
- Camera-Ready papers should be uploaded into the ICST Conference Management Center (CMC). Use your existing Cocus login to access ICTS CMC.
- Once logged in, select the conference/workshop you wish to upload a Camera-Ready paper for.
- To follow the Springer publication procedures, authors are required to submit the camera-ready paper in two file formats: MS-Word format and PDF file format. Formatting guidelines, instructions, templates and style sheets can be found here.
- Regular and invited papers are allowed up to 8 pages, including all figures, tables and references. Extra pages will incur additional charges. More information can be found on the Registration form, where the payment for these would be made.
- Once the Word and PDF files are created, please create a single .zip file, which consists of those two files.
- Fill out ALL information for your paper, include all co-authors of your paper and then please upload the .zip file with camera-ready papers.
